Autumn festival in China

Chinese Autumn Festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month of the Chinese calendar – the day of the autumn equinox when the moon is fullest. The Chinese believe that on this day the moon will be the biggest, largest and brightest, and the word “round” in Chinese means family reunion. The Chinese celebrate the Chinese lunar festival eating cakes. Here are few great photos that will bring you closer this festival and its atmosphere. Enjoy!

Student dormitories in China

We all expect student dormitories to be a bit messy since students don’t really like cleaning up their rooms, but these guys in China have taken the messy to a whole new level! Just have a look at this place! It is so filthy that it looks scary. If it weren’t sad the way they live it would probably be funny. How can a person live in such conditions? I guess they developed a strong immune system since they live in this sort of dirt and they still haven’t caught any lethal disease. For the love of God people, clean up!

Dress completely made out of human hair

Now, this is completely weird! For some strange reason this Chinese woman thinks it is an extremely good idea to put this gruesome dress made out completely from real human hair on her body. If you ask me it’s neither interesting nor funny, it’s simply weird and disturbing, and if I may add not the most hygienic idea. I mean, how does one keep this dress clean? Whit shampoo and hair conditioner? And do you need to comb it too? icon smile

Is it a bird, is it a plane…

Now, this strange looking vehicle really makes me wonder. It’s obviously originally been a bus, but then someone decided that it would be much better if he turned it into a dredger. But somewhere in the middle of the work he remembered that he also needs the bus for transportation. Here you can see clearly the creativity of the Chinese people. It’s sort of 2 in 1 product, like a shampoo. icon smile

The wonders of China

Photographer Feng Jiang is taking us to an incredible journey to his homeland, China. Have a look at these beautiful and inspiring images and you’ll see how wonderful this country is. Lately there are only bad and ugly images of China on internet, so I felt the need to put this amazing collection and show this country from a different angle. I would like for people to see that it is not only the land of communism and pollution, but also a land of great beauty. Enjoy!
