Lindsay Lohan spent plenty of time in front of the cameras in Los Angeles this year — both paparazzi and police cameras. The Mean Girls star was booked on separate occasions for violating probation in her 2007 DUI case, causing a virtual madhouse of reporters and cameramen every time she was on the docket. She’s currently in a Betty Ford rehab facility trying to iron through her issues, and is slated to return to court in February.

Vince Neil was arrested on drunken driving charges in June after police pulled over the Motley Crue singer’s Lamborghini near the Las Vegas Strip. Prior to the arrest, he singer ironically told the AP in an unrelated interview “There’s just a point in your life where you kind of stop, that’s what happened with me … there’s other things in life than just drugs and alcohol.” The Kickstart My Heart singer is due in court for a non-jury trial in January.

Paris Hilton Paris Hilton was arrested in Las Vegas in August after an officer smelled marijuana from the SUV she was riding in with her boyfriend Cy Waits, then found cocaine (which she initially claimed she thought was gum) in her purse (which she initially claimed wasn’t her purse).

Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan was arrested in June for allegedly driving while drunk.

Reality star Alexis Neiers was arrested in December on suspicion of probation violation and possession of heroin, after probation officer found the 19-year-old Pretty Wild star with black tar heroin in her purse. Neiers was once a member of the Bling Ring, a pack of Southern California teens who masterminded a plot to steal from the homes of stars such as Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge, among others.

Snooki Jersey Shore’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested in Seaside Heights July 30 after police reportedly saw her drinking in public.

Randy and Evi Quaid said cheese for police cameras in September, after the show biz couple was arrested in Santa Barbara on felony residential burglary charges, and a resisting arrest charge for Evi. A month later, they were arrested in Vancouver, BC, on alleged Immigration Act Violations.

Portraits made out of chewing gums

Jason Kronenwald, a graduate of Queens University with a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, is an emerging artists based in Toronto, where he produces his Chewing Gum Blond Portraits. Jason smooths chewed gum over plywood, creating realistic skin tones and hair color, composing his palette from the multitude of different flavors and colors chewed together.

The appeal of his portraits stretch across a wide audience, from some of Canada’s top collectors, including TD Waterhouse, to popular culture publications such as this years Ripley’s Believe it or Not.

Each Gum Blond is 100% chewed Bubblegum on a plywood backing. No paint or dye is used. The color is inherent to the gum – the mixing of color takes place inside the mouth during chewing. Kronenwald has a dedicated team of chewers and prefers the texture of Trident. However, he does not chew gum himself unless he must.

Always a reflection of celebrity culture, A few of his subjects include Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe, Britney Spears and Kate Moss.

Kronenwald has received reviews in the Globe and Mail, the National Post and Elle Magazine and his work has appeared on Breakfast Television, MuchMusic, Inside Edition and Good Morning America. Burt Glinn or Burton Samuel Glinn (July 23, 1925-April 9, 2008) was an American professional photographer who worked with Magnum Photos. He covered revolutionary leader Fidel Castro’s entrance into Havana, Cuba, and photographed people such as Andy Warhol and Helen Frankenthaler. Glinn’s photos show such things as the social scene of the rich, the dirtiness of politics, and the humorous flotilla that called itself the Seattle Tubing Society.

Glinn, a Pittsburgh native, studied literature at Harvard University, where he edited and photographed for the college newspaper Harvard Crimson. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for Life magazine from 1949 to 1950. Glinn became an associate member of Magnum in 1951 along with Eve Arnold and Dennis Stock – the first Americans to join the agency – with Glinn becoming a full member in 1954

If I’d been on time I would have gotten a very ordinary picture of Khrushchev and Henry Cabot Lodge looking at this statue of Lincoln but you couldn’t see the statue. The most important thing that a photographer like me can have is luck, you know.”

This is crazy! The similarity between these celebrities and animals is so big. It’s hilarious. I hope there are no hurt feelings. I only have some doubts concerning Jack Nicholson and Steven Tyler. I always admired portraits, and I even tried a few times to draw some sketches of my family members. They were OK but not as nearly as these below. These pencil portraits of celebrities are absolutely amazing and so real looking. For some of these I firstly thought they were photography, but they aren’t. I would really like to meet the author of this work. It’s really worth of every admiration. I hope you’ll like them too the way that I did. Enjoy!
