The strangest thing is the ease of living and how people are not reacting to some strange and obviously weird situations. They seem to find it rather usual and conventional. For example, seeing a naked man in the street, when the weather is cold and there is snow would make me say "What the f...?" but not these people. They simply continue their polite conversation like everything is fine. :)
