Dresden is known as one of the most beautiful cities with the greatest museums in Europe. Now, it has one more touristic attraction - the blue building with creatively designed gutter that works also as a system of musical instruments. You just need to be patient and wait for the rain to come to enjoy the music of this crazy construction.
The building is located in the Kunsthofpassage neighborhood and is placed among a group of buildings that contain small boutiques, cafes, and galleries, and, even more interestingly, that are decorated with interesting artwork. It  has a facade that is covered in pipes, funnels, and gutters that twist and turn in eye-catching ways.
But that's not the best part about this building. The best part about this building is that these gutters and pipes actually make musical sounds when it rains.
