Autumn festival in China

Chinese Autumn Festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month of the Chinese calendar – the day of the autumn equinox when the moon is fullest. The Chinese believe that on this day the moon will be the biggest, largest and brightest, and the word “round” in Chinese means family reunion. The Chinese celebrate the Chinese lunar festival eating cakes. Here are few great photos that will bring you closer this festival and its atmosphere. Enjoy!
